C & A LAN

YSB is the fiscal and coordinating agent for Children and Adolescent Local Area Netowrk #27 (LAN 27). As the fiscal agent YSB convenes meetings of the steering committee and manages the financing of Wrap Around Plans for young people in our five county area (LaSalle, Bureau, Marshall, Putnam, and Stark) who experience difficulty in school. Funders of this unique and proven approach are DCFS and ISBE. Frequently asked questions and application packets may be downloaded from the tabs at the top of the page.

Local Area Network meetings are held each month on the third Friday at North Central Behavioral Health Systems, 2960 Chartres Street, LaSalle.

YSB is also a provider of Family Centered Services in the five county area, along with Catholic Charities and Positive Parenting. These local programs serve the same population targeted for Wrap Around planning, but with staff assigned to provide direct service.
