CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENT LOCAL AREA NETWORK 27 (C & A LAN)

LaSalle, Bureau, Marshall, Putnam, Stark
YSB is the fiscal agent and co convener of LAN 27, a five county network of local providers who serve multi problem children and families. LAN 27 has the capacity to help develop and fund individual WRAP around plans for families. These funds are targeted towards children and adolescents, ages three to twenty one with behaviors that put them at risk of being truant, suspended and/or expelled from school.
WRAP plans may be initiated and managed by parents, relatives, teachers, nurses and clergy as well as social workers and other helping professionals.
