 Open Positions: 


Foster Care Supervisor - Aurora and Glen Ellyn area and second position in Princeton area - Supervisor for foster care program. Must have MSW or Master's in social service degree.  Child Welfare Licensure (preferred). Job duties include but not limited to supervising a team of foster care caseworkers, conducting team meetings, attending court, and helping in the decision making of the foster care program. Fulltime with benefits. 

Foster Care Caseworker - for Rockford, Aurora/Glen Ellyn area and Crystal Lake, IL area - Fulltime positions with benefits. Must have Bachelor's degree in social services field. Duties include but not limited to carrying a caseload of clients, court, ACR's, home visits. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

 Therapist  - 2 positions. One in Ottawa area, one in Crystal lake area.  For the Ottawa area, must have clinical license, masters or MSW, LCPC or LCSW. A minimum of two nights per week seeing clients in evenings. Clients to be seen in the Streator/Ottawa area. For second position in Crystal Lake clients are seen in the Crystal Lake area. License preferred but not necessary. Must have MSW or Master's degree in counseling or related field. Fulltime positions with benefits. 

Foster Care Case Aide - Princeton, Lasalle area and Aurora area. Part-time position supervising visits and transporting foster children. Must have clean driving record, reliable fully insured car and able to pass a background check. 

Hope House Coordinator - Ottawa/Lasalle area - part-time position overseeing visits between children and parents. Court ordered visits. Approximately 20 hours per week. Includes late afternoons and weekends. May have flexibility in hours visits are scheduled. 

 Therapist for Redeploy Program  Ottawa area. MSW or Master's degree in social service field required. Experience in working with adolescents and families. Job responsibilities include but not limited to completing mental health assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Conducts individual, group and family therapy. Leads active parenting groups on revolving schedule with other therapists. Fulltime position with complete benefit package.
